Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Condition of Goods: Only new, unused containers in their original condition are eligible.

  • Items must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Products must be free from damage, modifications, or signs of wear after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order containers.

  • Products sold “as-is” or marked as “final sale.”

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer support at info@globalcontainersline.com

     within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipping Responsibility – Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Refund Timeline – Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.


Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to any returns.


Return Label Policy

  • The customer is responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
