  1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you received your order, or when a third party (other than the carrier) you designated received the goods.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your reimbursement within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, and no fees will be charged for this transaction.

  1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized goods.

  • Perishable goods or items with an expired use-by date.

  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that are mixed with other items and cannot be separated after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.

  1. Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during return transit. Please send returns to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned items.

  1. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
